The Food and Fibre, Hospitality Technologies department offers students a wide range of compulsory and elective subjects across all year levels.

Students in year 7 are introduced to fibre production, fast fashion and textiles sustainability. In year 8 students are then introduced to basic nutrition and practical cooking skills. Students in year 9 can elect to do subjects that develop skills and knowledge in food and nutrition, food technology and/or textiles technology.

The year 10 program is the foundation year for senior studies. Students can do introduction to hospitality, food and nutrition and textile technology. In years 11 and 12, students select from a range of authority and authority-registered subjects and/or VET subjects including Certificate II and III in hospitality.

All subjects provide sound and engaging practical and theory activities to cater to the diverse needs of students.
