Trinity Bay State High school is an exciting, vibrant and
engaging place for students and teachers with something new and interesting
happening all the time. As educators we pride ourselves on offering an
extensive academic curriculum so that all our students can encounter a wide
range of opportunities to find engagement, interest, experience success and
excel personally. In addition, the school has an outstanding, diverse range of
extra curricula activities that keep students engaged, motivated and
challenged.
It is personally gratifying to me as a Principal to see so
many students successfully graduating from our school and progressing on to
work, training or further study. Our university pathway students have excelled
academically with excellent university entry rates. Many students, both
university and workforce pathway students, have consistently won highly recognised
vocational training awards. All students exiting the senior phase of
schooling graduate with a strong set of personal and community values, with skills and talents that will
ensure a fruitful meaningful life.
Our school continues to pride itself on the many excellent
opportunities it affords students, whether local, regional, interstate or
from international destinations. Over the years our school has built a profile
in science, performing arts and visual arts, public speaking and debating,
business studies and sport. It is reassuring to know that the diversity
of our school curriculum offers students that something extra which extends and
challenges all students.
