Education Queensland now requires all parents and caregivers to sign a form giving permission for their child to access approved Third-Party Online Software Sites. These sites are safe and widely used by teachers to enhance learning, but since some student details (like names and school emails) may be stored offshore, parental consent is needed.
For students in Year 7 to Year 11, completing this form is a legal requirement. It only takes a minute—simply click the link below and fill out the form. If you have more than one child at Trinity Bay SHS, you will need to submit a form for each child.
