P&C Association

The Trinity Bay State High School Parents and Citizens’ (P&C) association is a friendly group of parents and carers dedicated to promoting the interests and facilitating the development and improvement of our school. As the voice of the parents, our committee works closely with the school community and School Council, actively influencing the future direction of the school.

We value input from every member of our school community. Whether you have ideas, questions or feedback, the P&C Association is here to listen and represent your interests.

We look forward to working together to make our school the best it can be!

What the P&C does:

  • Consults on school policies
  • Attends school events
  • Assists with financial planning and budgeting
  • Manages the tuckshop and uniform shop
  • Helps run school events
  • Applies for grants
  • Provides financial assistance, on application, for students representing the school on regional, state, national levels.

Why parent involvement matters:

Research shows children perform better and are happier at school when parents are involved in their education. Volunteering benefits both your child and the wider school community, while also providing networking opportunities and new skills.

P&C Meetings

P&C meetings are held on the second Monday of each month from 6:00pm to 7:30pm in the E block conference room, upstairs in the administration building. Attending these meetings will provide you with a comprehensive idea of how our school works and is a valuable opportunity to make real contributions to our school community. Everyone is welcome!
