TBay's annual Graduation Dinner and Assembly will be held on Friday, 17th November.
Year 12 students are to arrive in their school uniform by 8:20am to prepare for the assembly which will be held in the Sports Complex. Doors will be opened for parents and carers at 8:45am for a 9am start, however, only 2 guests per family may attend. The assembly will conclude at 11am so that students are given time to prepare for the Graduation Dinner in the evening.
We ask that all guests attending the assembly limit their celebrations to only applauding and cheering students and also do not wear footwear that can damage the flooring of the Sports Complex.
The Graduation Dinner will be held at the Cairns Convention Centre. Only ticket holders will be permitted to the dinner inside the Cairns Convention Centre, however friends and families are allowed to attend arrivals. Arrivals will run from 5pm to 7pm, however, they will also be streamed live on our Facebook page. The dinner commences immediately after arrivals at 7pm and concludes at 11pm.
