Trinity Bay State High School is a community inclusive school. The general community is encouraged to contact the school to form facility use partnerships for out of school hours use of the available facilities.
Each facility is dedicated to a specific subject area and is designed to accommodate and store all types of equipment within unique rooms dedicated to the practical learning of our subjects.
Our recently developed buildings include;
A Block is home to the science and languages subjects. A block contains numerous laboratories within it which give students the opportunity to explore different fields of science and engage in science experiments to further their understanding of a range of subjects. A block is also where the Science excellence academy program is taken. A block also contains several rooms dedicated to the learning, and understanding of different cultures.
Y Block is home to the technologies subjects. Y blocks resources ensure all students are given the opportunity to explore industries based around coding, design, graphics, animation and more. Y block also allows for students to try 3D printing and robotic programming and explore different career opportunities in STEAMSC Block is the centre of practical sport at our school. The sports complex houses equipment for a wide variety of different athletic sports and accommodates the Talented athlete academy and Rugby School of Excellence programs. The facility also serves as the centre of whole school events and is often used in celebratory or recreational events organised by staff for students. N Block is the centre of our arts subjects. N block provides students with a creative space where they can explore different types of sketching, drawing, painting and sculpting. It is also home to the 'Visual arts industries' excellence program.
V Block and W Block is where our Inclusive education Unit takes place. Students here are given unique study plans that effectively support their learning and offer a collaborative approach , provided by staff and teachers with unique qualifications for teaching students with verified disabilities.
