Trinity Bay State High School has been selected as a host site to administer the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine for students aged 12 years and older.
This free, voluntary opportunity will occur on two dates with the first vaccination being offered on Thursday November 4 and the second vaccination on December 2.
Vaccinations will only occur with parent consent, and all information regarding the administration of the vaccine is contained in the attached information from the pharmacy guild.
If you are wishing to have your child accept the opportunity to receive the vaccination, then please register by Monday November 1 by scanning the attached QR code or click the link in the parent letter. The pharmacy guild will then contact you to confirm the process for the vaccination.
