Trinity Bay State High School’s International Student Homestay Coordinator organises homestays for students. Each prospective Australian family is interviewed and visited at their home. Students can experience life within an Australian family while they study.

Homestay Families

All of our Homestay families are very friendly people who enjoy having students from other countries live with them. International students have the opportunity to develop life long friendships with their Host family. Many of these families have their own children studying at Trinity Bay State High School. International students are included in the family, often having the opportunity to be involved in many cultural activities eg camping, BBQs, fishing, going to the movies and eating out. Staying with an Australian family is a warm, friendly and safe experience and one which students really enjoy.
